A teenager is expected to face court after allegedly obtaining a fraudulent probationary licence.

Ballarat Highway Patrol officers stopped a 17-year-old male driver in Lake Gardens on Thursday night, who held a probationary licence from South Australia, despite allegedly living and working full time in Victoria.
