Emergency services have responded to a serious crash this morning in Ballarat East.
A blue BMW sedan and a silver Holden Astra collided at the corner of Eureka Street and King Street South just after 8am, with one car coming to a stop in the front garden of a nearby home.
Police, paramedics and fire crews attended the scene, with three people transported by ambulance to the Ballarat Base Hospital.

One witness has told Radio Ballarat the intersection has become a major hotspot for road crashes.
