The Herald Sun reports that the 23-year-old first asked for support on March 20th, with authorities approving her bid for help on April 3rd, just two days before her death.

Her 21-year-old ex-boyfriend has been charged with her murder and has been remanded in custody.
He will re-appear in court in September.
