There could be issues at Sovereign Hill over the long weekend, with unionised staff threatening to strike over an inadequate pay rise offer.
The ABC reports more than 82 per cent of union members have voted to strike for up to 24 hours, unless demands are agreed to by the tourist attractions management, including an increase in pay.
The Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance on Facebook said if management want to avoid industrial action, they should reach an agreement with members, rather than push a vote on a deal not endorsed by delegates.
