Police are on the lookout for a man who escaped from a Trawalla correctional centre last night.
50-year-old Daniel Briffa was serving time for drug, theft and traffic-related offences.
He escaped the centre at some point between 7:30pm and 9:30pm yesterday and was last seen wearing a forest green tracksuit.

Mr. Briffa is approximately 170 centimetres tall, with a solid build, short brown curly hair, a full beard and moustache. He also has tattoos on his lower legs.
He is not believed to be violent, however the public are urged not to approach him and instead call 000 instead.
