A man has died following a fatal crash in Lyonville, near Daylesford, on Saturday night.
It’s believed the driver was travelling along Daylesford-Trentham Road just after 5pm, when he lost control and crashed into a tree.
The man was the sole person in the car and is yet to be formally identified.

Investigations surrounding the crash are ongoing.
The state’s road toll stands at 213, compared to 172 this time last year.
