Some of our best local produce is set to be showcased on the small screen.
Ballarat chef Liam Downes will test the Masterchef Australia contestants in a pressure test at his farm and restaurant, Black Cat Truffles, in Wattle Flat.
The episode was filmed late last year as part of an iniaitive by Visit Victoria to highlight local foods, experiences and scenery that could help drive tourists to the region.

It’s the second episode of the series to be filmed in the Goldfields region, with last night’s program set at the Bendigo Art Gallery and Town Hall.
It premieres at 7:30pm tonight on Channel 10.
