Empowering Our Community Ballarat are calling on local businesses to buy a nappy collection box, to support mothers fleeing domestic violence.
The organisation is partnering with Rotary and the Nappy Collective to launch a Regional Nappy Hub, with money from each box sold helping to supply free nappies to vulnerable women in the community.
They say many women escaping domestic violence leave with just the clothes on their back, with nappies a luxury.

Each collection box is $100, with $60 going to the Nappy Collective and $40 going towards the distribution and co-ordination of the nappy hub.
