Investigations are continuing following a Mount Pleasant car crash that left a woman in a critical condition.
It’s believed a stolen red Hyundai i30 was travelling along Cobden Street on Friday afternoon, when the driver lost control and slammed into a concrete wall at a local primary school.
Three people inside the car were trapped for a short time, with a 32-year-old Yarraville woman taken to hospital in a critical condition.

A 23-year-old driver and a passenger of the same age were also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are keen to speak to any witnesses of the crash.
