Greater Western Victoria Rebel midfielder Jessica Rentsch has been selected in this year’s AFLW national draft.
The player from Penshurst was pick number 2 in the draft and will head to Perth to play for West Coast.
In a statement, AFLW list manager for the club Jordan Loxley said securing Jessica with their first selection was their major priority.

Mr. Loxley says they love her toughness, aggression, speed and power.
Pick 28 Tamara Henry, who played for Darley in the BFLW, was chosen by the Adelaide Crows via the Western Jets in round two of the draft.
