Emergency services have responded to a car crash in Ballarat Central earlier this morning.
Just before 6am, the car allegedly slammed into a power pole at the intersection of Sturt Street and Lydiard Street North, before flipping onto its roof.
The driver, an 82-year-old Ballarat man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

He was the only person in the car at the time.
Police investigations are continuing, and officers are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has dashcam or CCTV footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
