Local folk and roots festival Cresfest has this week announced its line-up, with an array of local and international performers set to play on Hepburn Shire stages in April.
The announcement comes as organisers call on locals to open up their homes and temporarily house a musician or artist.
General Manager of the festival, Sarah Wade, says if you can help, you’ll be rewarded with a free ticket.

“We’ve got artists coming from all over the world, Australia and Victoria, and all those artists need a place to stay across the weekend,” she said.
“We’re looking for people who live within a 10 kilometre radius of Creswick who have a bedroom spare and would be open to the idea of hosting an artist.”
