Ballarat-based singer Kate Lucas, otherwise known as Coda Chroma, has been recognised for her work in the 2023 Music Victoria Awards.
The only act from the city nominated for an award, Kate has been recognised in the Best Regional Act category.
Local venues and events have also been nominated for awards, with Ballarat’s Volta and The Minerva up for Best Regional Venue and Daylesford’s Winter Sounds up for Best Regional Festival.

These awards are chosen by the public, with locals able to vote by going to the Music Victoria Awards website.
