The Ballarat Miners were on fire at Selkirk Stadium over the weekend, ending the Ringwood Hawks winning streak.
Until Saturday, the Hawks were sitting at the top of both the men’s and women’s NBL1 South ladder.
In the women’s league, the Miners scored their second win of the season, beating the Hawks 93 to 84 points.

The men’s side were also on top of their game, beating the Hawks by 31 points, 112 to 81.
The wins have pushed the Miners up from 8th on the ladder to 5th in the men’s league, and 12th to 9th in the women’s league.
