Work to expand Grampians Health’s car park at the Ballarat Base Hospital are set to begin next month.
The Government announced 400 parking spaces would be delivered as part of the hospital redevelopment earlier this year, almost doubling the car park capacity.
A free park and ride service from the City Oval will begin later this month, with buses running every 15 to 20 minutes through the day and increasing during peak periods.

The car park will close from October 2nd for construction works, with the park expected to reopen by July next year.
