Ballarat high jump ace Yual Reath has added another impressive trophy to his collection, ahead of a potential berth on the Australian team at the Paris Olympics.
The 24-year-old picked up gold in the high jump at the Seiko Golden Grand Prix on the world athletics circuit in Tokyo.
Yual jumping 2 metre’s 30, to equal his personal best.

In the 400 metre event at the Grand Prix, Ballarat sprinter Cooper Sherman came in fourth, with a time of 46.05.
The Ballarat Harriers athlete will soon join Reath and fellow local athlete Armani Anderson on the Australian team at the Oceania Championships in Fiji.
