Several under ten Ballarat futsal players have celebrated a major achievement.
With the competition attracting over 450 teams from around the globe, the Vic Country Warriors have returned home from the World Futsal Championships in Orlando with a silver medal.
Futsal is a version of soccer, played on a small, hard-court surface.

It’s been a successful period for the club, picking up the Football Victoria Futsal Club of the Year award and coming runner-up in the Gold Coast International Futsal Cup.
In a statement, Futsal Ballarat’s Director of Coaching, Dermott Tebb, said the boys had an amazing experience and showed they could match it against some of the best in the world.
