Iconic sports team Liverpool Football Club have announced a partnership with St. Patrick’s College in Ballarat, as the club grows their International Academy program.
The collaboration will see a high-performance soccer program starting at the school from 2024, with the college becoming a hub for several of the academy’s community training sessions and vacation programs.
The programs will be open to all budding players in neighboring areas.
In a statement, Principal of St. Patrick’s College, Steven O’Connor, said the partnership will provide students with access to the extraordinary training techniques of one of the great soccer clubs of the world.
Mr. O’Connor said Liverpool has established partnerships with a few Australian schools and he’s delighted they approached St. Pat’s as a partner.
