The man who allegedly crashed a sports car into a Wendouree garage last week has been charged following the death of a motorsport spectator last year.
It’s alleged 28-year-old driver Bryce Dridan struck 18-year-old spectator Trent DeZoete with his car at the Stawell Motor Sports Club in November of last year.
The Pimpinio man died at the scene.
In a separate incident, police allege Mr. Dridan lost control of a rented Lamborghini and crashed into a Learmonth Road shed on Friday.
The driver has been charged with several offences, including dangerous driving causing death and reckless conduct endangering life.
He will appear in court today.
