Yet another Ballarat Miners star has been re-signed for the 2025 NBL1 South season.
Originally from Ararat, Zac Dunmore averaged over 10 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1 assist per game last season, with a field goal percentage of 45.88 per cent.
“Stoked to have ZD back for another year,” said coach Luke Brennan.
“He improved immensely last season and was a key part of our finals push.”
“I’m looking forward to seeing his continued growth. More importantly, he’s a Ballarat local who has come through the system,” he said.
Meantime, Basketball Ballarat has announced it’ll be partnering with the Breast Cancer Network and local organisation Ballarat Pink Phoenix for the second edition of the Pink Luncheon.
Last year the event raised close to $10,000 to support the work of both groups.
The luncheon, in May, is a key part of Pink Week celebrations.
