Roosters director of Football Michael Ryan said the club had undertaken a rigorous recruitment process, with a number of quality applicants in the mix.

“We pride ourselves on the way we develop our players, particularly through the junior program and into seniors, and we believe Clint is well placed with his experience to continue to drive that for us,” Mr. Ryan said.

Proctor is Chief Executive Officer of Badminton Victoria and will continue in that role alongside his duties at North.

“I’m incredibly proud to be coaching North Ballarat Football Netball Club, a club with such a rich history and great standing in the community.”

“I’m looking forward to working with the playing group, not just to coach but to educate and develop them as athletes and individuals, building on the strong foundation that this club represents,” Mr. Proctor said.
