Police are continuing their investigations into a suspicious fire at a Wendouree gym.
It’s believed two men forced the doors open at a Howitt Street gym around 3:20am on May 25th, pouring accelerant inside and outside the building and lighting it.
No one was inside the gym during the arson attack, with the fire inside the gym’s reception area causing significant damage.
The two men fled on foot and were last seen heading east on Howitt Street.
One man has been described as being of a tall, stocky build, wearing a hoodie, gloves, shorts and Nike runners.
The description of the second man is unknown.
CCTV stills of a man believed to be involved in the incident have been released by Victoria Police.
