Ballarat’s house prices have dipped over the June quarter, according to new data from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
Across the city, prices dropped by 1.7 per cent over the last quarter, with a median house price of $570,000.
In the June quarter, Buninyong saw the biggest price drop in the region by 14.5 per cent, to a median value of just over $750,000.

In contrast, Nerrina prices shot up 13.2 per cent to a median value of $1,005,000.
