Three people have been arrested following an incident at the Little Bridge Street bus exchange just after 3pm yesterday.
The altercation involved a 22 and 17-year-old male, as well as a 19-year-old female.
The 22-year-old from Wendouree has been charged with theft, assaulting police, and committing an indictable offence whilst on bail.

A 19-year-old Warrigul man has been issued a penalty notice for using offensive language in public.
The 17-year-old from Winter Valley will be summonsed to appear at court for threatening to assault an emergency worker and the possession of cannabis.
