A section of the Western Freeway to close for patching works

Ballarat commuters are advised part of the Western Freeway will close today to repair flood damage.

The Melbourne-bound exit from the Western Freeway to Ballan-Daylesford Road will close between 9am and 6pm for asphalt patching.

Anyone trying to reach Ballan-Daylesford Road should use the next exit at Old Melbourne Road then back-track through Ballan.
