Victoria Police say members of the Nomads Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMCG) will be taking part in a run this weekend.
This follows a similar run by the Bandido’s last weekend.
The run is expected to commence in Laverton North tomorrow and travel to Ballarat.
Echo and VIPER Taskforces along with local police and specialist units will be closely monitoring the run to ensure the safety of all road users.
There will be an increased police presence in the Ballarat area over the weekend before the Nomads OMCG depart on Sunday.
Police will be ready to take swift action in the event any OMCG members commit criminal, road safety or public order offences.
Victoria Police will continue to work with other law enforcement agencies as part of a national approach to OMCG enforcement.
